A strong mindset isn't just about the hustle...

Happy new week ,


So the whole thing with a STRONG MINDSET is this:


We often say, "I want to have a strong mindset." "All you need is a strong mindset."


But what does this really mean?


The world tells us that a strong mindset is all about confidence, big goals, endless positivity, and boundless energy. 


And that's part of it - but there's so much more to it!


I remind my clients all the time because they, too, struggle to accept this.


Having a strong mindset doesn't mean that you'll never err, feel bad, get tired, or triggered.


It doesn't mean that you'll be super confident 100% of the time.


And it certainly doesn't mean that you'll have it all figured out.



You are on a constant journey of growth & development, so having a strong mindset has to be so much more than this narrow-minded view.



So, what does having a strong mindset really mean? 💡




It's about knowing how to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you're experiencing & feeling.


It's about being confident and humble at the same time, being confident in your abilities, but also knowing that there's so much that you don't know yet and , but being confident in your ability to learn whatever you set your mind to (instead of feeling threatened by it).


It's about practicing self-awareness and self-care, realizing what your values & needs are so you can keep showing up in the best way. It's about asking for help and having those difficult conversations that you don't know how to have yet.


But there's more: Having a strong mindset also means


👉 Empowering others and communicating effectively, knowing that there's incredible power in rising together.


👉 Being clear on your values, staying authentic and true to what really matters to you, even when the pressure is on.


👉 Staying resilient and adaptable so you can keep growing and thriving even if things change or new challenges arise.


👉Taking intentional breaks and recharging, as you take responsibility for your energy and realize that it's not just a motivational thing - rest is crucial.


And the list goes on...


Why am I telling you all this?


I'm sure that you're aware of this too, .


But I'll be honest here: I'm tired of seeing people demand a false "strong mindset" and superficially inspiring others, just to keep pushing into burnout and basically demanding from them to never ask questions and act like a machine.


It's time to redefine what a strong mindset really means. And it's not the hustle-definition of narrow-mindedly pushing forward.


It's so much more!


💯 So, this week, I want to encourage you to go out there, observe yourself in various situations and ask yourself:


💡 What does "having a strong mindset" actually mean for you, in your current circumstances? What does it look like to have a strong mindset?


💡 What does having a strong mindset look like for you even in those situations in which you feel lacking or struggle?
